Blue Skies

Diane is a quirky school teacher who dances to the beat of a different drum. She will literally run into HIM at a bookstore, where he accidentally knocks her over with a stack of books. After helping her out, he asks her for coffee. They will talk about their lives and their ideals but truly get nothing more substantial than their names. He will soon realize that he has to return to work and leave her but both will leave with the sense of ‘what if?’ She will think that he needs to slow down and then maybe he would be worth her time. He will notice how her rainbow colored hair was such a contrast to his corporate world of chilly blondes and mousy brunettes. How can anyone so pierced and tattooed be so beautiful?

They will search for each other but have no success until one day Diane visits a horse ranch outside of town, which it turns out he owns and visits when he needs to get away. When they see each other, they realize that the spark of attraction was there and that they could not deny it. She will teach him how to have fun and he will give her the freedom of expression in order for them to live happily ever after under the great blue sky.
