The Blue Book

(First in the series chronologically but will be the last one to end.)
Peter Daniel is a tall, lean, sinewy man with olive tone sin. With brooding dark eyes behind thick glasses which create an air of intrigue and mystery. He is a tortured writer until he meets this blonde, blue eyes beauty. She is an artist and because of her wild and fiery spirit, she will inspire him and enchant him. But it is from that same nature which he loved that she will one day vanish without a trace. This will leave Peter broken-hearted. For the first year he will binge and live as a hermit in a cabin in the woods, thinking and dreaming of her. The next year he will write a book about her, the Blue Book which the following year will become a best seller. She will invariably read it and know it is about her, that he was searching for her.

They will meet again at a book signing, where she will slip the book under his tired pen and weary gaze. “What would you like me to write in this?” He would ask tiredly, not bothering to look up at all, since he had long discovered that he would never find her within the masses. “Write that you love me, because I very much love you. Forgive me.” She would whisper. Peter would look up then, see the tears and the love in her eyes which he knew was also welling up within his own, and takes her hand to leave that place. Great sex would follow and they would live happily ever after.
